Install SeeCapture on Windows

Quick installation instructions for beta 0.2.2. A detailed manual with screenshots will follow later.

1. Download the installer from this website and check its name and version.
2. Optionally verify the SHA-256 with the command below. It must exactly match the value in the download section.
3. Close any running SeeCapture instance and open the installer if you trust its source. Follow the installation instructions.
4. Start SeeCapture. Connect your PC and telescope to the appropriate network and enter your telescope address. Then test the connection.

Run this command in PowerShell from the folder containing the downloaded installer.
